Danielle, Greg, and I met at Algonquin Park, one of my favorite locations in my area because of its versatility. There we have a pond ( water ), some old ruins (rocks), a stone tower, and lots of greenery and colors. It’s a great location no matter what season of the year. We have access to all of these areas without having to walk too far, making it not only a lot of fun but very convenient for my couples.
I loved the idea of using Greg’s uncle’s antique red truck as a prop for their photos. That’s one of those props that totally makes a session unique. We were fortunate that one of the Park rangers were there and gave us permission to drive it to where we wanted to go – so that worked out just perfect!
What was really cool is that just 2 weeks earlier I had photographed Danielle’s cousin’s engagement session as well. They got married 2 weeks apart and I had the honor of working with both of them.
After we were finished with the first part of the session, we had a change of outfits and continued exploring the area.
So here are some samples for the Algonquin Park. Whether you’re looking for a Summer, Spring, Winter, or Fall engagement session, you will be thrilled with your photos taken there and if you’re hungry by the end of the session there is a great pizza place just down the street. 🙂 ( I also go there all the time. )
